Available Assistantships

Departments with main campus graduate programs typically offer available graduate assistantships directly to students who are or will be enrolled in their programs. You should begin your search for an assistantship position within your department.

The following offices are also seeking graduate assistants for the upcoming terms. Positions do fill quickly, so indicate your interest early.

Enrollment requirements for the Graduate Assistant job title:

  • Summer assistantships funded through the Graduate School allocation require at least 2-6 s.h. of enrollment and good academic standing in the employment term; students who are probationary or provisional for that term cannot hold assistantships.
  • Fall/Spring assistantships require 9-12 s.h. enrollment and good academic standing in the employment term; students who are probationary or provisional for that term cannot hold assistantships.

Note: All positions are offered pending funding.
