Graduate Assistantship in the Department of Interdiscplinary Studies

 

The Department of Interdisciplinary Studies seeks an administrative Graduate Assistant for 2023-24. Duties include creating and disseminating monthly department newsletters using Canva; supporting recruitment events such as Open House (Fall and Spring) ; assisting in communicating events within the department, on and off campus; other departmental support tasks assigned by the Department Chair. Hourly rate of $16.67 per hour and expectation of 15-20 hours per week. Maximum pay of $10,000 for the academic year. A shared office and computer will be provided.

Overview of Position
The University Budget Office is a department within the Division of Finance and Operations which reports directly to the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor/Deputy CFO. The primary responsibility of the Budget Office is to allocate and monitor all budgeted funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly as directed by the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina System.
