You are considered eligible to apply for readmission if you meet the following criteria:

  1. You have previously taken graduate classes for a specific program at App State but have not completed the program.
  2. Your admission to the program is still active (less than seven years have passed since your admission).
  3. You are seeking re-enrollment in your previous program after a break.

Please submit this form to initiate the verfication review and begin the readmission process if you meet the above criteria. You may email Anna Basnight (basnightal@appstate.edu) if you have questions about your eligibility for readmission prior to submitting this form.

If you graduated from or completed your previous graduate program and are wishing to pursue a new program, you are not eligible for readmission and will need to complete and submit a new graduate application for the new program.
