YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Position Overview:
This graduate assistant position will provide research support for Dr. Chauntee Thrill, Assistant Professor and Program Director in the Higher Education program. My research focuses on college student experiences, instructional practices, and STEM. Assistance will be needed with literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and manuscript preparation. Opportunities to co-design projects and co-author manuscripts are available. All work will be completed remotely with regular synchronous meetings.

Responsibilities:

The Cratis D. Williams School of Graduate Studies seeks a full-time (20 hours per week) Graduate Assistant for the 2025 Fall Semester, with a start date of August 11, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter (with continuation possible for following semesters). The pay rate is $17.50 per hour.
