Cratis D. Williams School of Graduate Studies

The Cratis D. Williams School of Graduate Studies seeks a full-time (20 hours per week) Graduate Assistant for the Fall 2023 semester (with continuation possible for following terms). The pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

The graduate assistant will be responsible for developing and implementing School of Graduate Studies communications on various social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram) and for working with Graduate School staff to create promotional materials for dissemination on these various platforms. The position will entail working with academic departments and programs to
highlight accomplishments in these various units through the Graduate School's social media platforms. The assistant may also be asked to assist with other tasks as necessary/required. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with social media platforms as public relations outlets are a must. Ability to use computer graphics and layout tools is strongly desired. The assistant will report directly to the Dean and Associate Dean of the School of Graduate Studies.
