The Reich College of Education's (RCOE) Office of the Dean is seeking professional, highly organized, and motivated graduate students to work 10
hours or 20 hours per week to support the office and college for the 2026 fall semester and 2027 spring semester.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answering the RCOE main phone line and directing questions to appropriate areas
  • Assisting students, faculty, staff, and visitors when they walk into the office and directing them to appropriate areas
  • Collecting mail and deliveries and distributing them to appropriate departments and individuals
  • Lifting and moving materials and furniture for events as needed
  • Raising/lowering Gordon Gathering Hall walls as needed
  • Provide administrative assistance to RCOE staff
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the office and building
  • General office duties as needed

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Applications/Microsoft Office (specifically Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Calendar, and others)
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn office technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
