Description:
Our goal is to empower students through the process of building resiliency to reach their personal success goals and achieve their academic potential. We are hiring GAs for the 2026-27 Academic Year.
Academic Success Coach GA Responsibilities (10, 15, and 20 hour positions available):
- Provide one-on-one academic success coaching to students in the Academic Resilience Program, high-need populations, and other walk-in appointments.
- Utilize holistic and asset-based coaching techniques to empower students to identify strengths, build community, and develop strategies tailored for their success.
- Serve as a resource agent for students to get connected with the appropriate services on campus.
Compensation and Hours:
- 20 hour GAs- $5,000/semester ($16.67/hr)
- 15 hour GAs- $7,500/semester ($16.67/hr)
- 10 hour GAs- $2,500/semester ($16.67/hr)
- Hours occur during the Fall and Spring semesters. Closed during university breaks and holidays.
