As a part of the Graduate Research Assistant Mentor (GRAM) program, the graduate student's project is to undertake a pedagogical analysis of the National Park Junior Ranger Programs,
encompassing individual parks and the Junior Ranger Online program. This project focuses on evaluating existing educational methodologies and proposing innovative strategies to enhance future Junior Ranger programs.

Responsibilities include involvement in all project stages, from crafting research methodologies and training materials to conducting thorough data analysis, publishing findings, and presenting research at esteemed professional conferences. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to non-formal educational advancement within the National Park Service while gaining valuable experience in research and program development.
