Graduate Assistantship


GA will co-teach BUS 2000, a professional skills course with the staff of Business Career Services. GA will provide lectures, grading, and coaching for two sections of BUS 2000, which will serve approximately 100 students (total) per semester. Cross training in functional areas of career coaching is provided through drop-ins with undergraduate students.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable presenting to large audiences (approx: 50 students per class) of incoming business majors on topics related to career development. The desire to deliver a valuable educational experience to students is a must. The ideal candidate will be committed to growing their skills as a teacher as well as a coach and mentor.

Hours and compensation: 20 hours/week, $9,000 stipend ($4,500/semester for Fall and Spring)
